DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure, tooling, and automation that powers our engineering organization. You will own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and incident response — ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and easy to deploy. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of software engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure production reliability
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve developer experience through better tooling
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling)
  • Manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS) and container registries
  • Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response and post-mortems

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI)
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or PagerDuty)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, VPCs, firewalls)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
  • Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
  • Familiarity with secrets management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer)
