Senior Product Designer

About the role

Shape a complex B2B product from discovery through delivery, with a strong focus on clarity and inclusion. This is a fully remote role; our collaboration hub is London, United Kingdom. Candidates must be based in EMEA and able to work with Europe/London business hours.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery, user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Create interaction models and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Grow an accessible design system in partnership with frontend engineering.
• Use product analytics and research evidence to explain design decisions.
