We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure design, improve reliability, and drive automation across our platform.


Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support multiple engineering teams. You will be responsible for reliability, scalability, performance, and security of production systems.

This is a hands-on senior role with architectural influence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)

  • Improve system reliability and uptime (target ≥99.9% SLA)

  • Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS / GKE / AKS)

  • Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)

  • Lead incident response and postmortem processes

  • Implement security best practices (IAM, secrets management, network policies)

  • Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization

  • Mentor junior engineers and define DevOps standards


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure experience

  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred)

  • Production experience with Kubernetes

  • Solid experience with Terraform or other IaC tools

  • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for multi-service environments

  • Strong understanding of networking (VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers)

  • Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker)

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)

  • Experience managing high-availability distributed systems

  • Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments

  • Programming experience (Go, Python, or similar)

Reporting Line

Reports to: Head of Engineering / CTO

Works closely with: Backend, Frontend, Security, and Product teams
