Frontend Engineer

Why This Role

We’re hiring two Frontend Engineers to help shape our recruiting platform. In this role, you’ll build product features in React and TypeScript, strengthen the component library that supports the product, and help raise the quality of the frontend through testing, code reviews, and architecture work.

This is a great fit if you like seeing your work ship and want to have a real hand in how a product and team evolve. You’ll be expected to get familiar with the product in your first month, take ownership of a feature by month two, and start improving how the team works by month three.

What You'll Do

You’ll own frontend features end to end, from implementation through release, with a focus on React and TypeScript. Your work will directly support the recruiting platform and the people who use it.

You’ll also improve the shared component library, expand and maintain tests, and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions. Along the way, you’ll help make the frontend codebase more reliable, maintainable, and accessible.

What You Bring

You’ve built and shipped real frontend work and have strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React Testing Library, and Git. You’re comfortable working in a modern frontend environment and contributing not just code, but thoughtful feedback during reviews and technical discussions.

It’s a plus if you’ve worked with Vite, Playwright, Storybook, TanStack Query, or have experience with accessibility and design systems. Those aren’t required, but they’ll help you get up to speed faster.
