Staff Software Engineer

About the Role

The Staff Software Engineer (Platform / Infrastructure) will play a pivotal role in the Platform team, which is responsible for the core infrastructure utilized across multiple product lines. This position focuses on leading efforts to scale the infrastructure effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• The Staff Software Engineer will architect distributed systems to support the growing demands of the organization.
• This role will improve the scalability and reliability of existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• The engineer will also mentor senior engineers, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on system design.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and implementing distributed systems.
• Proficient in AWS or similar cloud technologies, with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
