Senior Platform Engineer

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to help build a multi-tenant recruiting SaaS platform.

In this role, you will own and evolve TypeScript services on AWS, contribute to PostgreSQL data design, and support observability and production reliability across the platform. This is a full-time opportunity with one opening.

The role is based in Barcelona, Spain and follows a hybrid working model, with remote work available for candidates who can work within CET ±2 hours.

What Success Looks Like

• Build and maintain backend and platform services using TypeScript and Node.js
• Design and support PostgreSQL data models for a multi-tenant SaaS product
• Work with AWS-based infrastructure and services
• Contribute to observability practices that improve system insight and issue detection
• Strengthen production reliability through engineering best practices and platform ownership
• Support delivery workflows using Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code approaches

Skills & Experience

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

• A strong track record in backend or platform engineering
• Advanced experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and AWS
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
• Excellent written English

It may also be helpful if you have:

• Experience with Supabase
• Knowledge of recruiting technology or ATS products
